The Chalange
The previous Enterprise dictation solution used by the firm was outdated and no longer met the evolving needs of their staff. The practice required a solution that not only promoted enhanced flexibility and efficiency, but also seamlessly integrated with the firm’s Remote Desktop environment to ensure a robust, secure data transfer across all devices.
Given the sensitive nature of their work, it was imperative their new solution was secure at every step.
The Solution
SpeechWrite 360 was rolled out across the firm, with fee-earners being given the option of dictating via- desktop app with their existing Philips microphones, or by using their Android/iOS smartphone with the included mobile app.
Backed by 3rd party ISO assurance frameworks and 256bit AES encryption, Gardner Leader were given the confidence they needed that their sensitive client data was secure from external threats.
Native support for Gardner Leader’s existing recording and transcription equipment within their environment also meant no further hardware expenditure was required to migrate to SpeechWrite 360.
The Result
With SpeechWrite 360 in place, Gardner Leader’s staff are able to dictate and transcribe from any location.
This additional flexibility has helped Gardner Leader cut down document turnaround time which all adds to their client service experience.
